   Our vision is to build relationships right from the start during the sales cycle, and then continue the relationships through implementation, go-live, and optimization. For that reason, I\'m introduced to customers early in the sales cycle, and the Implementation and Client Success teams both fall under my purview. During implementation, our talented team digs deep into what will really make your Hospital or Health System successful. That means absolute dedication to designing workflows, user interactions, and system integrations that meet your teams\' unique needs. A few examples- A system struggled with validating ED vitals in a timely manner, which are key inputs for several algorithms. In partnership with the customer, we decided to integrate directly with their bedside monitors- A hospital wanted to track patients for SEP-1 compliance, initiated by a Triage Nurse, while the patient was still in the ED waiting room with its own unique workflow. Then whenever the patient formally moved into an ED bed, however far they\'d progressed in the bundle, elegantly merge them into the different ED workflow. We were able to do so and provide continuity of appropriate communication to the correct clinician, at the correct time Our approach also recognizes that a perfect system alone is unlikely to result in success (improved patient outcomes and financial performance). From the start we structure the implementation with change management in mind, ensuring we have input and buy-in from all stakeholders, including multiple clinical departments (e.g. Quality, Pharmacy, Lab), IT, Physician Champions, Nurse Champions, Executives, etc.Then, from go-live and continually thereafter, we are your partners in adoption, optimization, accountability, and demonstration of outcomes.
