What do I have to say about myself? A summary on who you are and what you are all about is difficult to construct without coming across like you are pumping your own tires too much (insert joke here). However, I will try and do my best to not come across that way and allow you to understand what my story is and what I am all about. One thing I have always prided myself on was being authentic. I think being who you truly are without compromise is an important trait we should all strive toward, as being authentic in your profession helps build real relationship and rapport with those who you work with or for. I would consider myself a wise professional, creative thinker and problem solver, who is bold, compassionate and a great listener. All of these stem back to being truly authentic in who I am.A little more about my specific skill set, being an experienced professional in the world of corporate finance and M&A, I have worked on hundreds of deals throughout my career and have managed the entire process for various acquisition, capital placement and divestment transactions. In addition to multiple strategic long term advisory for corporate clients. This has included full financial modeling with the 3 statement method, complete business valuations through the discounted cash flow, replacement value method and precedent transaction models with precision.I hope I didn\'t come across as pumping my own tires too much, but at least give you a good sense of who I am as an individual.
