With over 10 years of recruiting experience in the AEC Industry, I have worked on countless positions across the industry, including Construction, Finance, Architecture, Product, Design Technology, Real Estate, and Leasing. I have worked in the Construction consultancy space with Turner & Townsend and Cumming Group along with the Owner\'s side with WeWork and Rivian. No stranger to international recruiting as well as I have made hires in Mexico, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Italy, and Canada, so I am also familiar with international talent acquisition and labor compliance and practices. I put a premium on candidate experience because ultimately, recruiting is about relationships. It\'s about the matchmaking process to ensure the candidate is always stepping into a great situation, and my company is going to uplevel due to the talent coming in.
