1. Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing and Planning

   Mar 2024 — Present · US

   Partnered with the VP and CPO to design, build, and scale Worldpay’s new global sourcing and procurement organization starting in Q1 2024. Recruited and onboarded a hybrid team of 60+ sourcing experts and expanded the function from Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) into full Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) capability, integrating people, processes, and technology.This work occurred during Worldpay’s complex carve‑out from FIS following GTCR’s 55% acquisition, requiring rapid operating model development, accelerated capability building, and IPO‑level readiness.
