What I brought to U of TConducted over 200 individual Management Student appointments per year. Known department wide as a student success driver and architect of new programming. This included fostering new relationships with several student stakeholder organizations, often being personally requested to conduct professional development events. Co-coordinator and lead facilitator for the annual Get Hired 3 day conference for 4th year and graduating students. Conducted a 90 minute workshop and presentation on Personality Dimensions to approximately 150 participants and set the tone for the rest of the program by helping the students understand themselves, understand others preferences and gain personal confidence. Acted as the lead architect for the redesign of 2 key workshops for the Get Hired conference in order to update the content to the latest information and create of better flow for delivery. Also co-created 3 new activities for those workshops. Known as the student engager who constantly interacts with students to create report, provide coaching and learn and understand their stories to help them understand that they bring far more than they think they do when it comes to sharing their story.
