30 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication / Manufacturing for Oil, and Natural Gas Midstream that is focused on Pipelines / Transportation / Storage / Facilities / Processing / Nat. Gas Plants or related industries. Experience with the Full Midstream Product Lifecycle from Wellhead to Citygate and or Refining / Truck Loading as well as EPC / EPCM and Midstream Service Company Operations business; including the cross-discipline dependencies and predecessors typically needed for critical paths and efficient EPC Project Management / Project Controls entailing change management and scheduling which includes model reviews / BIM management in order to go faster. I enjoy understanding the big picture, the process of it all especially; as well as adjusting and meeting expectations while getting the project built and being hopefully easy to work with. Primary Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation / Controls; Piping / Mechanical also experienced with Civil, GIS / Mapping & Surveying. Having started at the bottom as a Clerk or Cad System / Network Administrator / Instructor and worked in every discipline long enough to work my way up to the lead & or supervisor level then successfully complete a few projects in almost every discipline. I may not be the best, but am pretty good with most things now and have a decent understanding of the processes required. Also when opportunity allows; I have assisted in other departments to learn how they worked including Engineering, Purchasing, IT, Document Control, Project Controls and Business Development. I have had many roles including leading multiple diverse teams.To date; I have put more than 2200 miles of pipeline in the ground. Gathering systems as well as long haul transmission pipelines and required facilities / pump and compressor stations including full gas plants. I have worked on about every aspect of the projects from feasibility & environmental impact studies / abatement, permitting, construction. Primarily focused on the facilities / multiple types of modules and skids needed to get these projects to work. My primary focus has always been to assist project management wherever there is the most need. I have worked for some clients through multiple companies; as well as some companies / teams multiple times through their re-incarnations & startup phases. About 30 years on AutoCAD, and about 20 years on MicroStation.
