Executive oversight of (and active participation in) Smart Community development. As VP of Technology, I am actively involved in the creation and implementation of new business models that are enabling builders and developers to leverage new technologies to build better, more sustainable communities, while continuing to ensure the profitability of their businesses. My job is at the forefront of all s2e\'s research efforts, and is particularly focused on the development industry. Pilot projects that I am managing range from 7 to acres, from a few to homes of all shapes/sizes/densities, with integrated mixed community uses and amenities from parks to retail to industrial, with gross values over $10 Billion. My current role builds on all my past roles, and anything I\'ve done in the past or any contact we may have had is still a valid and true part of the services and network I represent through s2e.
