I’m a healthcare professional with a Master of Healthcare Administration and a passion for expanding access to care through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and growth initiatives.I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2022) and Master of Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management (2023) from the University of Saint Francis. My education built a strong foundation in healthcare systems, policy, and strategic management that I apply to improving healthcare and community outcomes.Currently, I serve as a Business Development Specialist at Southwestern Recovery Center, where I focus on expanding access to recovery services through outreach, partnership development, and marketing strategy. I collaborate closely with leadership to strengthen referral networks, increase community awareness, and connect individuals with the support they need to begin their recovery journey.Previously, I led community engagement initiatives at United Way of Logan County and coordinated the Harwood Initiative, bringing residents, organizations, and leaders together to build trust and advance collaborative, community-driven solutions.As a former collegiate athlete at USF, I developed discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that continue to guide my professional growth. I also served on the Student Activities Council and the Student Advisory Board for the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership, where I gained experience in communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement.I’m driven to serve, learn, and lead with purpose. I’m especially interested in opportunities that sit at the intersection of healthcare administration, business development, and community impact, where strong relationships and collaboration create meaningful, lasting change.
