As a Business Process Development Analyst at Accenture Federal Services, I participated in supporting a federal client’s enterprise planning transformation, helping transition from legacy SAP APO systems into SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with the intention of ultimately migrating over to SAP S/4HANA as well. My early work focused on requirements gathering, build sprint reviews, documentation, and user training to ensure a smooth migration and adoption of the new platform.Currently, I play an active role in ongoing demand planning operations within SAP IBP, leveraging historical data and machine learning models to forecast demand, validate data quality, and enhance accuracy across the planning cycle. I partner closely with client teams to interpret forecasting outputs, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and strengthen process reliability.To advance automation and efficiency, I’ve applied Accenture Federal’s Generative AI Code Assist to build VBA-based dashboards and validation tools tailored to demand planning workflows. I am currently piloting Agentic AI solutions to further streamline recurring tasks and explore AI-driven decision support within planning processes.Beyond project work, I contribute to Accenture’s commitment to community through Compass Pro Bono, providing strategic guidance to nonprofits in the Washington, D.C. area.
