He also made history when he led the financing team which funded the largest Energy Performance Contract ever implemented by a Public Housing Authority. Prior to his work at Grant Capital Management, Derek successfully launched products in the Antihypertensive, Psychiatry, and Urology markets within the pharmaceutical industry.
