Property Management: I manage a portfolio of over 65 doors spread across 17 properties with a mix of residential and commercial. I manage tenant rent rolls, leases, maintenance, and paying vendors. I setup the company with the Buildium software and increased team efficiency by over 50.00% and provided alternatives to minimize expenses. I provide all the accounting for all transactions, reconciliations, and both accrued and cash basis. Social Media: I manage employees and run the Matos Home Team social media for all realtors apart of the team. I boost leads and engagement through strategic marketing and translate those leads to the realtor. I also implemented other additions into the business such answering services for when the office is closed. I create all the graphics primarily through Canvas as well as Adobe Photoshop/Indesign.
