As a versatile program and product leader with 10+ years of experience, I specialize in delivering AI/ML, data-driven, and digital transformation solutions across regulated industries—including energy, construction, financial services, and public sector organizations. I bring a unique ability to align emerging technologies with enterprise strategy, leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch to sustainment. Currently working at the intersection of AI innovation and enterprise delivery, I manage complex programs that span cloud migration, AI adoption, and change management. My work has supported 0-to-1 product development, scaled GenAI platforms for hundreds of users. In my current role as Program and Delivery Lead at AltaML, I led the development of multiple AI platform capabilities to support enterprise-wide deployments across oil & gas and construction sectors. I was responsible for leading the data and AI use case intake process for an oil and gas company. Responsibilities included conducting business feasibility and data assessment, and ensuring the right ROI and value were benchmarked before it was approved for development. Led a $3M multi-year enterprise AI safety incident platform for an oil and gas organization with employees. The program integrated structured and unstructured data pipelines and embedded AI workflows to reduce investigation time by 30%. Spearheaded the 0-to-1 release of a GenAI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) enterprise product for over 800 employees. This solution prioritized enterprise data security and privacy across legal, HR, and downstream contractual departments. By embedding strong data security foundations, the product was seamlessly integrated across business units, enabling secure GenAI adoption without the risk of data leakage. With a foundation in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance, I thrive in environments where business impact, ethical technology use, and team collaboration intersect.
