About Derek Jamieson
I’m the VP of Product at Asymbl, where we’re building a workforce orchestration platform that connects people, processes, and digital labor across hybrid and distributed teams. My work centers on giving leaders a clear picture of how work actually flows: who is doing what, where automation fits, and how humans and software can partner more effectively so they can run their organizations with more focus, accountability, and calm.I’ve spent more than 10 years in product, including 6 years at Salesforce, where I co-founded the Sales Performance Management suite and helped expand the platform into a new category serving global enterprises. I’ve led cross-functional teams through rapid growth, shipped in complex ecosystems, and partnered with customers like Amazon, Apple, FedEx, Hilti, and IBM to deliver solutions that last.I’m at my best when I’m helping teams move from idea to adoption. I clarify the vision, align engineering, design, and go-to-market, and keep everyone anchored on outcomes, not outputs. I care a lot about building healthy teams, mentoring product leaders, and creating products that make work feel a little more focused, fair, and fulfilling.
