I\'m passionate about solving complex problems that help others. Right now, I\'m accomplishing that through negotiating and acquiring utility-scale energy and capacity resources for Arizona Public Service. APS is committed to delivering 100% clean, carbon free energy to customers by 2050. To deliver on my part, I focus on strategic sessions with internal and external stakeholders to lead the market and create possibilities. At work you\'ll find me attracted to any discussion that helps enable renewable and clean energy. For instance, when I was in Resource Planning I led an effort to optimize demand side management programs through energy efficiency, load shifting and demand response. We examined opportunities for electrification and possible electric vehicle charging programs. Basically, it was an effort that was designed to help APS customers use more clean energy while managing costs. We made great progress through that project and I\'m excited to continue working on similar efforts.
