Our organization powers two critical functions: First, we run Amazon\'s retail website through ICC (Intelligent Cloud Control), where teams manage availability, capacity, efficiency, and hosting operations for thousands of services. Second, serving as Amazon\'s CIO organization, we deliver global IT services through teams focused on engineering, support, AI-driven experiences, productivity applications, and procurement. Our AI Center of Excellence (AICE) builds mission-critical AI applications that support both retail operations and company-wide IT workloads.
