I am an innovative creative problem solver that enjoys bringing fun to all that I do. My passion to create memorable experiences has led me to grow my career across different parts of the employee journey. I enjoy building programing that drives employee engagement and culture. Get me talking about employee recognition and I can talk for hours. I have spent the last 5+ years researching and learning. My passion in this space is evident throughout all the work that I do. This has provided me the opportunity to build a robust recognition strategy that is driving a strong positive culture! Throughout my career I have always been intellectually curious. I enjoy applying my learnings and success into all that I do and appreciate receiving and delivering feedback to grow. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to deliver some great and creative programs and strategies to drive engagement results and obtaining the voice of the employee. I believe that relationship building is key to being able to get things done. Connecting with colleagues, partners, peers, leaders and even vendors has been instrumental to being able to programs quickly and aligned to what the organization needs. Inspiring a team brings me personal satisfaction and has been described to be my \"superpower\". While personal skills are instrumental to driving strategy, having the skills to get it done are equally important. I appreciate, value and understand how to interpret data to help ensure that we are driving the right results. Organization is key to any project, and I appreciate rigor with a bit of agility to allow us to be flexible and nimble when needed. When not at work you can find me spending a lot of time with my wife and two children and extended family every weekend. I give back to my local community by helping with fundraising efforts, a fun and interesting challenge.
