As a customer facing technologist, I am an experienced cloud computing Solutions Architect and SA manager in the startup, mid-market, and large enterprise segments. Extensive experience working with customers on a technical level to help them achieve their cloud adoption goals. I have worked closely with sales teams and leadership to meet and exceed growth targets under competitive, high growth market conditions. I have leadership experience developing and delivering technical training and enablement content, for internal technical roles as well as external customers, at events such as AWS re:Invent and AWS Summits.As a people manager, I have a successful track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high performing technical individual contributors, managers, and teams. Met and exceeded hiring and retention goals for top talent in competitive, fast-paced hiring markets. Scope has included local, regional, and international/worldwide.In summer 2021 I decided to depart AWS after almost 9 years, in order to be a full time parent of two little kids. I am currently open to discussing new opportunities for 2023.
