I will be in charge of the Development team for the GoReact product in the Echo360 EchoSystem. Duties to include- Managing a team of 2 Full-time Software Engineers and 3 offshore contractors (to begin with)- Work with Product Managers and Designers to plan out upcoming improvements to the product and architect how we will complete projects that Product is wanting- Give technical support when needed from the developers and addressing Errors and Alerts that come from the system- Work with operations to make smooth deployments and resolve issues of security and performance- Ensure processes are being followed so we can be compliant with various standards include Soc2, Hippa, etc.
