As Vice President at Myers & Chapman, Inc, I serve in a hybrid role spanning business development, preconstruction, operations, and administration. My leadership on the Executive Team has been instrumental in shaping our business development and marketing strategy, expanding our portfolio across multiple sectors - Charter School, Manufacturing and Faith-based; and now launching our “Program” sector.What sets me apart is my ability to integrate cross-functional teams and leverage talent.    Serving in a hybrid role of business development/preconstruction/operations and administration. Currently championing our pursuit and delivery of certain clients, developing our Charter School and Faith based opportunities across our business, and creating our “Program” sector. In addition to this, a member of the Executive Leadership Team; active in creating our business development/marketing strategy; and developing our Subcontractor Default Insurance program. Prior to the hybrid role, I have served as an interim Preconstruction Director to develop talent and experience while we found the right Chief Estimator; an Operations Co-Manager/Sector Leader to develop processes and talent depth in the operational side of the company. As Sector leader, I developed client connections and opportunities in the Healthcare, Office, and Community sectors.
