Our services include:• Advice on compliance with Federal Wage – Hour requirements. Periodic payroll audits are conducted to determine compliance with paying overtime, white-collar exemptions, record keeping and retention and any other applicable regulations.• Serve as advisors on matters with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. This includes the initial claim response, notification and preparation of all appeals, quarterly and annual auditing and reporting of account activity.• Be available to advise in employment matters regarding hiring, terminations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws i.e. FMLA, ADA, and Title VII, just to name a few.• Keep clients up – to – date on all changes or additions to federal and state laws that would impact their operation.• Review an employer’s polity and procedure manual.• Develop employee handbooks
