With over 36 years in the mortgage industry, I have been a nationally ranked loan originator exceeding 100 million in personal production in a single year, multiple times. Since 1988, I\'ve had the opportunity to manage many successful branches and mentor over 200 loan officers. After joining Guaranteed Rate in March 2011, my Region has funded over 35,900 units for 12.3 billion in residential mortgages.My passion is helping LOs achieve their full potential growing their business, while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. From my past successes I provide the best tools, technology and support Rate has to offer, as well as mentorship and coaching.
