I serve as the Executive Director for a Chick-fil-A franchise in Orlando, FL. I lead and support all operations of the business and encourage others. Along with directly contributing to the franchise’s outstanding financial results, my immense passion lies with strengths-based leadership and developing young leaders.My interest for guest service and leadership began after reading my first leadership book at age 15. At a young age, I was captivated by the thought of inspiring others to perform excellent service. This led me to graduate from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors’ degree in Restaurant Leadership.I thrive in high-culture, energetic environments laser-focused on people and purpose. My 10-year background in restaurant leadership consists of quick-service, fast casual, and full-service environments.    I lead one of the highest volume restaurants in the national chain. With Orlando being one of the number one tourist destinations in the world, roughly 40% of the guests I serve are first time visitors to Chick-fil-A. Unlike any other Chick-fil-A restaurant, I have the unique opportunity and responsibility to introduce our REMARKable brand to domestic and international tourists. Some of my proudest achievements are contributing to our tremendous financial results, hiring and training talented individuals, streamlining systems to make tasks easier through spreadsheets, schedules, and checklists, inspiring my leadership team to try new ideas, and coordinating weekly leadership developmental sessions with our emerging leaders.
