Summary of main responsibilities include: Provides strategic support and tactical knowledge for Compliance services within the Company as it relates to the Company\'s individual Business Units/subsidiaries and third-party vendor risk management. Responsible for understanding and articulating the Company\'s Compliance posture to internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Legal, Security, Privacy and Enterprise Risk Management areas to define and ensure ongoing adherence to Company Policies and Standards. Provide consistent communication services internally and with customers and vendors.Provides oversight of the management of the Company’s compliance with contractual commitments and applicable regulatory requirements relevant to the activities of the Company in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Primary accountability along with Legal, Chief Privacy Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for leading the design, implementation and management of the Company Regulatory Compliance Framework to monitor and promote compliance with regulations applicable to the Company. Lead process development, design, workflow, oversight and input into the corporate Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Management programs and frameworks. Oversee activities driven by others associated with Vendor Management (e.g. Business Reviews, Certificates of Insurance, Systems and Operation Control Reports, Qualitative Surveys) inspecting for Line of Business compliance. Generate and analyze reporting for Customer/ Vendor Management Programs, including reports Senior Management, including stakeholder performance/compliance to program requirements. Lead the Corporate Compliance Committee. Provide advice and support to Operational and Functional management on developing sufficient and appropriate internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and adapt to regulatory changes (e.g. FFIEC, CFPB, and other regulatory agency updates on Third Party Guidance), providing recommendations on changes to the Customer/Vendor Management Framework. Coordinate communication and training on regulatory requirements to management and staff. Lead process optimization and efficiency efforts to include issue identification, innovative solutions, and overall program resolution.
