Manage full time staff of seven employees. Very active in selling of transmission services, replacements and repairs. In charge of the outside sales and marketing. When my business partner and I bought the business revenue was about $600k in sales per year. We have now grown the business to over $1.4 million in annual revenue. General automotive repair at this location was non-existent in 2006 and we have grown it to 65% of the total revenue. The business has gotten to a point with our reputation that we now only need to perform outside business marketing once a month on to sustain the business.We have earned the Aamco President\'s club twice in 2012 and 2015. Only 20 dealers nationwide (out of more than 650) are awarded this each year. Besides sales growth, customer service, training of employees and other positive metrics measured to allow inclusion in this exclusive club.
