Paragon Bank is a subsidiary of the FTSE 250 listed Paragon Group, our latest results highlight balances of £12bn after eight years of double-digit growth.Responsibilities are broad ranging and include- Developing a proposition and team capable of delivering the most consistent savings deposit growth in the sector- Managing a product range and marketing mix to attract retail deposits through a direct franchise with online, telephone and postal servicing channels- Nurturing a selection of Deposit Platform distribution partnerships to extend market access- Embedding best practice across product development, marketing, PR and other support functions to ensure targets are delivered with budget accountability- Formulating acquisition, cross sales and retention strategies based on market and customer insight to deliver an award-winning savings franchise, including Which? Recommended Savings Provider 2023- Focused liquidity and interest rate management through a variety of macroeconomic cycles to support both natural lending growth, funding of acquisitions and income generation- Influencing external stakeholders in support of our proposition development. Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed on market, trading and regulatory developments- Oversee infrastructure growth for both in-house and outsourced tech stacks.
