Ocean Exploration Trust (OET) owns and operates E/V Nautilus, a 224-foot exploration vessel equipped with acoustic mapping systems, remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), and other state-of-the-art exploration technologies. The role of my position is to provide leadership and support for OET’s scientific expeditions by overseeing ocean mapping operations, equipment, field protocols, and personnel. Select, train and manage mappers and navigators sailing on E/V Nautilus expeditions. Provide leadership to at-sea missions as the Mapping Coordinator and/or Expedition Leader. Represent OET at national, regional,and international conferences and meetings.
