Provide on-going management of HR Technology, and prioritize project work ensuring the HRIS team is progressing to meet Redfin’s objectives and timelines.• Provide overall management of HRIS technologies, including Workday, Absorb and all required interfaces with third-party systems.• Develop scalable Workday solutions in the following areas; Integrations, Security, Reporting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.• Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to HRIS team members. • Represent HR Technology in all cross-functional teams within HR.• Deliver thought leadership, vision, and conceptual ideas around enabling technology and workforce analytics.• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain the strategic roadmap for Workday• Evaluate and assess new Workday functionality. Review semi-annual Workday releases with HR leadership.• Responsible for the management of the HRIS team’s JIRA board• Participate in the review and assessment of new HR technologies.
