As Chief Engineer, I support the execution of program strategy, and provide technical leadership, guidance and authority for US and global data facilities in the intelligence community. This includes overseeing activities throughout the critical infrastructure lifecycle from design concept phase, through construction, and integration with operation. My technical expertise spans the power and cooling spectrum that provides the reliable operation our missions depend on to deliver the freedom that Americans deserve.I’m directly responsible for shaping the direction of the program’s engineering strategy to align with our business objectives. I work closely with program management and segment leaders to drive consistency across our sites while maintaining a forward lean that promotes continuous improvement.    Leads the engineering departments across the program, overseeing all engineering activities across multiple data facilities within the US, and OCUNUS. Strategic thinker with a proven track record in team leadership, engineering design, and project management within the mission critical sector. Works to implement operational strategies, process improvement and performance analytics across infrastructure operation, maintenance and incident management. Drives reliability across the enterprise and partners with leadership at each site to support design & operational improvements, infrastructure failure root cause analysis, and identification and implementation of remedial actions. Works closely with the PMO, and leaders of other departments, to drive continuous improvement, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions with emphasis on profitability.
