Manage Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Department, responsible for leadership of program implementation and continuous improvement at Company HQ and two shore base/ Warehouse sites, across two states.• In a continuously ready to respond environment, developing and implementing programs for regulatory health and safety compliance, emergency preparedness and HSSE Program implementation. Contractor incidence rates have been well below industry averages and their safety programs have been greatly improved.• Conduct training at all levels of the organization; topics include Safety orientation, emergency response, hazard identification and root cause analysis.• Perform HSSE audits and inspections of environments including offices, warehouse, and maintenance yards. Track corrective actions to closure.• Lead incident investigation teams in collecting facts, establishing timelines, analyzing for root causes, and tracking corrective actions to closure/ verification.
