Transition Manager and People Manager @DXC Technology

Service Transition for ITO/CLOUD for multiple Secure public sector accounts responsible for the coordination and assurance of the development of the service management and delivery solution to support the delivery of new and changed services. In addition, I am a people manager looking after a mixture of 30 Transition and Service Design Architects I am the lead coordinator for the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) criteria for any specific account that may be assigned. The role supports other Transition Manager and Service architects in the definition and management of interfaces. The position is instrumental in fostering and maintaining good working relationships, between the Service Operations supporting the services, the delivery teams and the customer.
