Social Concepts develops, builds and operates businesses in the social media, mobile and gaming sectors. We have developed a variety of profitable social sites, mobile games and applications including Self Aware Games (now Big Fish Casino), fubar.com (first online only social bar), iRave (photo sharing site), Card Ace Casino (mobile casino games), Fleck (social network/game), TaxiBall (mobile game), and zoorag (celebrity gossip site), among others. We designed and built Self Aware Games, a top ranked online casino, to $15 mln revenue run rate and profitability withing 12 months, and sold it to Big Fish Games in 2012 for $80 million. Big Fish Games was acquired by Churchill Downs in November 2014 for nearly $900 million.
