For the past 15+ years, I’ve been helping organizations solve one of the toughest challenges in business — executing critical initiatives while finding the right people to make them happen. At Prestige Staffing, we partner with organizations across several key areas: • Professional Services – SOW-based engagements with defined deliverables • Staff Augmentation – Contract and contract-to-hire support • Nearshore Teams – U.S-aligned teams that provide scalability and cost efficiency • Permanent Hiring – Full-time placements across IT, Accounting, and Finance Over the course of my career with Prestige, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into a leadership role where I now oversee multiple offices across the U.S. while continuing to stay closely involved with our clients and delivery teams. I’ve also consistently been recognized as one of the firm’s top sales performers, which I attribute to focusing on long-term partnerships and understanding the business problems our clients are trying to solve. Many of the organizations we work with already partner with large consulting firms. Where we tend to add value is through flexibility, speed, and specialized expertise — helping teams execute initiatives without the overhead or rigidity that often comes with traditional consulting models. I always enjoy connecting with leaders across IT, finance, and operations to learn how teams are evolving and where we may be able to support future initiatives.

TalentAQ is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in IT solutions, including staff augmentation, turnkey project delivery, and full-time hiring.While TalentAQ’s primary focus is supporting government organizations, it also partners with commercial companies that value working with a veteran-owned business.My role at Prestige Staffing is not changing. However, I am helping bring visibility to our sister company, TalentAQ, as we continue our mission of hiring and developing veterans within the staffing industry.
