   As Principal at TurnKey Logistics, I lead a multidisciplinary team providing land acquisition, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and title services for energy infrastructure projects. I have overseen the acquisition of land and permits for over 1 GW of solar and wind developments and managed the submission of over permits for projects such as carbon capture pipelines, data centers, wind/solar farms, LNG facilities, hydrogen plants, and oil/gas pipelines. I expanded our team from 4 to 37 in under a year, doubling revenue annually. My responsibilities include overseeing haul route planning for utility-scale solar/wind and pipeline construction, and coordinating engineering, environmental compliance, project controls, scheduling, and land acquisition.Additionally, I oversee stakeholder and public engagement, ensuring project updates are shared with public forums, county commissioner boards, zoning boards, and key community members in over 100 counties across 10 states.
