Q/C Coating inspectorInspect materials to ensure the quality meets criteria set out in procedures.Check material certification consumables are applicable to specific job.All Coatings IMPU,IMPP,IMHDF infill, 3 LPP, 3LPE, HSS Sleeves, FBE,AE also concrete coatings ect.Ensure all verification & inspection activities were carried out as per approved quality plans, procedures, standards & specifications.Liaise with client representative whenever necessary and relay any request they may have.QC Welding inspector Inspect materials to ensure the quality meets criteria set out in procedures.Check material certification consumables are applicable to specific job. Carry out welder qualification tests (WQT) relevant WPS.Destructive tests (Macro and bend tests) on test piece to assure quality.Monitor the joint fit up of pipeline ensuring correct joint design is used. Conduct welder surveillances recording the welding in progress to ensure consumables, voltage, amperage, travel speed, wire feed, heat input are all correct and within guidelines according to relevant WPSMonitor the weld stations along the firing line using orbital SWS weldingInternal camera inspection IVIS system and input for welding data loggersLiaise with client representative whenever necessary and relay any request they may have regarding the welding Welding systems used GMAW-STT PASSO, SWS TWIN/MONO & SWS 500), SAW, GS-FCAW, SMAW & MIG,IVI PLASMA.Final Inspection of finished welds.Ensure welding repairs are completed according to analysis stress repair procedure.
