ABOUT DEREK MOIR

Over 30 years property development consultancy experience including the UK, Europe, Hong Kong & China. Summary: A chartered project manager/building surveyor & MBA across a wide range of sectors including; care homes, commercial, industrial, retail, and residential. Derek is a specialist in Development Monitoring at CBRE in London with expertise in the logistics and strategic land development. Starting his career in England, Derek worked for several years in China and returned to the UK in 2015. Derek has extensive experience in major projects & managing delivery of quality, time & cost. On London Westfield, the largest inner city shopping mall in Europe, he proactively monitored design through to opening ensuring high quality was delivered in budget & on time. He also has experience of winning significant commissions. EGs. BMW\'s Beijing HQ, UK Pavilion at Shanghai World Expo 2010 (including winning the bid, & through to delivering the service. The pavilion was awarded the top World Expo prize). Derek is experienced at delivering quality services to clients. He also devised the strategy for and headed up TDD services across 14 European countries for several property investment clients.
