Manage the daily clinic flow, triage patients, assist during in office procedures, obtain and process laboratory samples and specimens. Provide bracing and casting in the outpatient clinic environment as well as one-on one instruction of rehabilitation programs.Highlights:• Responsible for proper measuring and brace application, education on the appropriate use/care, and providing accurate information to patients and/or Health Care Providers (HCPs).• Responsible for inventory management, including organizing and tracking inventory, participating in required audits of inventory, and managing defective product returns and exchanges.• Provides routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and other clinical staff following established policies and procedures.• Educate clinical staff on how to appropriately handle, document and reissue products in the case of defective products.• Maintains thorough professional and technical knowledge of relevant bracing products, corresponding documentation.• Coordinates patient care for follow-up brace fitting appointments, as necessary.
