EcoSports Tours is an elite sports tour company giving young sports people across the globe the chance to experience life as a ‘professional sportsperson’ in the UK. As Tour Rep, I have the privilege of meeting international tour groups at the airport, and from that point forward, I take care of them throughout their entire tour. Tours are inclusive and bespoke packages which incorporate elite sports training and fixtures at some of the world’s most well-known premier sporting venues including Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City football clubs.The tour group includes children and their parents which means much of my work is also keeping the parents entertained and happy! Itineraries are planned with their wishes in mind, and I go above and beyond to make sure everyone has the best possible, memorable experience. This includes quickly adapting tours to accommodate their requests,(using my policing contacts at times to achieve this) and organising activities such as tours round Windsor Castle, London and the Houses of Parliament. No tour group is the same and I love the challenge this presents. Customers are from China, America, Europe and Australia and, as their 24hr point of contact, I get to know them, they can count on me to think 10 steps ahead, and I make sure transport, accommodation, trips and sports fixtures all run super smoothly.
