Over the past 15+ years, I\'ve built and led cross-functional teams that turned complex ideas into award-winning insurance, analytics, and SaaS solutions, adopted by Fortune 100 clients and generating millions in recurring revenue.At Nixon Peabody, I advise the firm on the strategic use, risks, and implementation of artificial intelligence. Partnering with teams across application development, procurement, and innovation, I help drive the firm’s global AI initiatives and ensure thoughtful, forward-looking adoption of emerging technologies.At Aon, I served as Managing Director, where I launched novel risk products for AI and intellectual property, developed machine learning models for underwriting and lead scoring, and built internal tools used by thousands of global users. I also co-founded and scaled a 15-person data science team, aligning technical development with executive vision.Before Aon, I led a 30-person division at Elysium Digital (acquired by Stroz Friedberg) and managed 30+ high-stakes IP litigation consulting projects involving complex data pipelines and custom algorithm development.I hold an A.B. in Mathematics from Harvard and am the named inventor on multiple patents related to AI and risk analysis. I was also the project manager for a geoprofiling model development project with the LAPD and grew up helping farm over 800 acres of corn and soybeans in small town Iowa.
