Currently responsible for the management of the engineering group for a $250MM division of Veolia Water Technologies. Directly responsible for the management, oversight and training of twenty full-time professional engineers and technical advisors, as well as the preparation and management of detailed engineering design, technology standards and guidelines, professional services, training and engineering services to the operations group. Responsibilities current also include resource management and utilization of personnel across projects that range in size from $5MM to $250MM, the development of engineering estimates, and review of project proposals in support of sales for preliminary, basic, detailed, equipment only and turnkey engineering projects. Key Highlights - Leader of the Modularized Bulldozer Design (MBD) team that developed a first of a kind standard modularized MVR crystallization system.(see link below)
