I’m a UX researcher and strategist with a background in human-computer interaction, systems thinking, and narrative design. I’ve led mixed-method research for high-impact digital redesigns, working closely with product teams to uncover user pain points and deliver actionable insights that shape strategy. My work blends deep qualitative research, behavioral data analysis, and information architecture to improve both usability and business outcomes. Whether I\'m mapping workflows for real estate professionals, designing content systems for college essay coaching, or running usability tests on healthcare tools, my goal is always the same: make complex experiences feel intuitive, clear, and human. Currently earning my MHCID at UC Irvine. Previously worked on UX research projects for Cotality, a property data company.
