Oversee a dynamic group of Claim Professionals dedicated to providing best-in-class service, utilizing extensive industry expertise and through solution orientation decisions. Responsibilities include oversight of all property damage claims relating to Property, Auto, Marine and Aviation lines of business. In addition, oversee our Accident and Health claims division. The team\'s responsibility are national in scope and encompasses Personal, Commercial and Benefit Claims. Ensure premier Chubb Brand is matched with premier service and expertise in the execution of our Claims Value Proposition.Also responsible for coordinating our National CAT response to significant events impacting Canadian Customers.In addition to the above, oversee our Canadian Special Investigation Unit focused on fraud prevention, deterrence and investigations.
