As a Senior Project Manager for the Patient Recruitment & Retention department I am responsible for the development of recruitment strategy for the Eyecare, Specialty Care and Aesthetics therapeutic areas at AbbVie.My principle responsibilities include- Keeping up to date on emerging and changing technologies, regulations, policies, and approaches with regards to patient recruitment- Supporting multi-year resource planning, budgeting and recruitment model/strategy to meet the needs of dermatology and aesthetics therapeutic area- Develop recruitment strategies for assigned projects and look for efficiencies to be leveraged for studies treating the same indication- Recommend vendors to be used to deliver agreed upon recruitment strategy and attend bid defense meetings in support of vendor- Attends vendor meetings and meetings with clinical development team to review recruitment metrics and recommend any new tactics as necessary
