I love to lead teams and build interesting things with software. I\'ve led a wide variety of teams (as large as 200+ FT developers) building mobile and web applications, as well as APIs and SDKs to empower external developers. I\'ve also helped lead the Google Waterloo site for many years, serving formally as co-site lead for the site since 2021. Contributed to the growth of the site from 5 employees when I joined to 1500+ today. Outside of work, I have an amazing family with 3 wonderful kids. I love to spend time with family, golf, run and watch baseball. I have a wide range of hobbies and some of my most recent hobbies include training for a marathon and learning to play the cello. I\'m currently on the board of directors for KW Bilingual School (nonprofit) and serving as interim Chair.
