I joined the Charitable Law Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in March 2025. Before joining the attorney general’s office, I focused my legal practice on state and local tax, working most recently at a Columbus law firm and previously as a manager at a Fortune 50 company and a Big 4 accounting firm. I have also worked as an attorney for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission.My work at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office focuses on civil and criminal investigations and litigation involving charitable organizations as well as actions involving the modification of charitable trusts. Ever since the Tax group was merged into Charitable Law, I have been working on a small number of tax cases as well, to help the team and keep a toe in that stream.
