ABOUT DEREK HEALING

Due to my acute business acumen I very rapidly moved from being a hands on installation and fault diagnostic/repair engineer to the business side of the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning industry, not limiting myself to but including the surveying of sites to quote for the clients requirements and also advising on my recommendations and managing a project from this initial point through to completion of works and hand over. I have been heavily involved in the Contract Management and Account Management to ensure that all clients are receiving the level of service, attention and care that they require and in more recent years managing the day to day operations of businesses that supply, install and service all aspects of heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.As an Area Sales Manager I take great pride in new business including relationships that I have built over time with potential and existing clients. I have successfully procured a vast amount of PPM contracts and M&E projects for previous employers. I can confidently tender for specified works or either provide design and build proposals for full mechanical projects up to the value of £1m.
