Responsible for active pipeline of all SBA 7a, SBA 504 and USDA loans (some conventional as well). Bank is 4th largest SBA lender in the United States and 6th largest USDA B&I lender- Oversee all credit and eligibility of loans in pipeline- Manage the intake processes for loans coming into underwriting to ensure proper documentation has been received and eligibility requirements met- Manage ordering and receipt of all 3rd party reports (CRE & RRE appraisals, business valuations, feasibility studies, Phase I & II environmental reports, equipment valuations, etc.)- Management of 30+ underwriters and support staff- Oversee all credit presentation to the Bank\'s Loan Committee- Works closely with the closing department to ensure all loans are closed efficiently and within SBA/USDA requirement.
