Installation and maintenance of data, voice, video and paging systems, including; Installation of cable support systems in new or existing buildingsEstablish cable pathways as prescribed by industry standardsTerminate and test copper voice/data cablesInstall termination blocks, patch panels and station hardwareInstall, terminate, test and troubleshoot fiber optic cableProvide basic setup, installation and testing services for the following: Phone Systems, Wireless Systems, Video Equipment and Network DevicesTroubleshoot as necessaryCleanup work site each day•Maintain compliance with all industry standards (NEC, TIA/EIA, BICSI)•Perform site survey and assist Estimators in developing scope of work and materials list•Consistently complete projects within budget, on time and in a safe manner•Adhere to all project safety requirements as established by the Company and OSHA•Maintain the Company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance•Collaborate with Manager and Customer in project planning and implementation•Prepare and maintain daily job journals, field change order forms, material inventory forms and all required documentation•Manage location schedules including start time, break time and stop time•Train and direct Technicians and Technician Helpers
