Mc Bride are a leading manufacturer of Own label household products. At our Middleton site we primarily produce Bleach, washing up liquid and fabric conditioner. While I have been here I have been working on several capital projects upto £1.5MI have been instrumental in the inseption and installation of the CMMS systems in our Blow Mould department, driving TPM and lean in the engineering department, We have begun the process of changing from a reaction based maintenance system to a pro-active one, using the CMMS system and PPM schedules, condition monitoring and asset care.
