ABOUT DEREK DRIVER

A commercially astute and accountable Senior Operational, Business and Change Manager with a dedicated 16 year’s of financial managerial experience (including green six sigma and lean). Proud to be customer centric (HSBC Bank). Moved to the security industry early 2019 as an Operations Service Manager, providing a wide range of services to over 800 customers including household names. Always looking at ways to improve the processes and foreseeing problems and communicating on all levels to achieve aims. Has been recognised for an ability to strongly lead and improve employee engagement of 140 staff to meet demanding performance targets in processing and fraud scrutiny disciplines. A passion for regularly reviewing risk identification and mitigation actions especially when applied to new work opportunities. Adapts processes to support changing demands and resources accordingly to meet cost efficiencies. Demonstrates as Head of Site expertise in a number of other disciplines including Strategic Planning, Risk Management (ISAE 3402), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Transition Management, Continual Professional Development (CPD), Facilities Management and Conflict Resolution.
