I am the Operations/HR Business Partner at kin Insurance. My current focus is on recruiting in order to grow our world class sales team. I started my kin Insurance journey as one of our sales leaders where I had the honor of leading our Customer Wellness Team among other dynamic sales teams. I joined kin because it gave me the opportunity to collaborate with other solution oriented professionals from a variety of backgrounds to make people\'s lives better!Kin began three years ago with the idea that we could use technology to make home insurance better for the consumer. We are a data-driven, homeowners insurance platform dedicated to simplifying an inefficient,$100B market. We use public data sources, satellite photos, and smart home devices to provide precise information about a client’s home in seconds. This data allows us to remove barriers, improve pricing, and insure clients with better policies.When I\'m not coaching or recruiting world class sales leaders you might find me playing chess or practicing juggling.
